LIVING ROOM
During the renovation, the wall between the living room and the kitchen was removed and a joist was installed, creating a large open space. Through the large windows at the front and back there is a lot of light coming in. Behind the television a wall panel was placed with the same laminate as on the floor. KITCHEN

FLOOR:
In 2023, both stairs have undergone a staircase renovation and are lined with PVC that is also laid on the landing.
BEDROOMS

They also both have large windows with two tilt-and-turn windows. The bathroom is done in neutral colors with a dark tile floor and light wall tiles. A highly placed horizontal window provides necessary ventilation. It is possible to also place the washing machine in the bathroom as there is a connection for this.
LOWER LOWER:
On the landing of the attic is a connection and drain available for both a washing machine and a dryer. Also hangs here the Nefit central heating boiler from 2018.
In the attic you will also find the fourth (sleeping) room with a Velux skylight and laminate flooring.
GARDEN:
The backyard is south facing so you can enjoy many hours here in the sun. If you prefer the shade you can sit under the electrically operated retractable awning. The garden is neat and easy to maintain landscaped with artificial turf and a border with plants. Because there are no immediate rear neighbors you have lots of privacy.
